U.S. President Joe Biden will address the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York on Wednesday where he’s expected to condemn Russian President Vladimir Putin’s escalating rhetoric in his invasion of Ukraine.
Biden is also expected to urge international allies to increase their aid to the war-torn nation, arguing the conflict violates the terms of the U.N. charter.
